About Us
Enterprise House was built in 1909 as the headquarters of the Courtaulds Industrial Company which was centred on the Aber Works site. Towards the end of the 20th Century it was taken over by the major building company David McLeans PLC.
Having now been empty for 10 years General Recoveries Limited took on the building in June 2011 - it has been re-equipped and fully renovated as a business start-up centre aimed at new, fledgling and small to medium enterprises looking to take either that first step into the world of commerce or that next expansion move.
The rejuvenation by General Recoveries of this wonderful building, erected when Britain was the centre of the industrial world, will allow what is a landmark structure to go forward into the 21st Century as a place to do business as it has been for the 20th Century.
